We developed a comprehensive departure control system designed specifically for specialized aviation requirements. The system operates entirely within secure infrastructure, ensuring all data remains under complete operational control at all times.
Unified Control Panel
The core of the system is a single, integrated control panel where authorized personnel manage all aspects of flight operations. Using role-based access control, the system grants different capabilities based on each user's role and clearance level.

Mobile Boarding Application
Ground crew use a specialized mobile application on the airfield to process passenger boarding. The app scans boarding passes, verifies passenger identity, and records each person who boards the aircraft.
Reliability is paramount. The mobile app is designed with multiple layers of redundancy: it stores all boarding data locally on the device and continuously syncs with the main server. If network connectivity drops, boarding operations continue uninterrupted, with data transmitted the moment connection returns. Multiple failsafes ensure boarding records are preserved under all circumstances.

Flexible Aircraft Configuration
Aviation operations employ diverse aircraft types, from large transport planes to smaller aircraft. Each has different seating configurations, capacities, and layouts. The system allows administrators to configure each aircraft's exact seating arrangement.
A transport aircraft might be configured with multiple zones, each containing specific rows and seats. Seats can be marked as available, blocked, or designated as aisles. The system handles configurations ranging from small aircraft with limited capacity to large planes accommodating 200+ passengers.
This flexibility means the same system serves the entire fleet without requiring separate solutions for different aircraft types.
Operational Workflow
When passengers arrive for a flight, ground staff use the control panel to check them in and issue boarding passes. Baggage is weighed, tagged, and tracked through the same interface.
On the airfield, ground crew scan boarding passes using the mobile app as passengers board. The system maintains real-time counts and identifies any discrepancies immediately. Once boarding is complete, the final manifest is generated, reviewed, and processed according to established protocols.
The system ensures complete accountability for every person on board before departure authorization.
Security and Isolation
The entire system operates within secure infrastructure, completely isolated from external networks. All data remains within controlled infrastructure at all times, with no external dependencies that could introduce security vulnerabilities.
